ATSOCKET

ATSOCKET – Surge protector to install in the gutters that feed the socket bases. In(8/20) = 3kA. Up = 800V.

Its small size allows it to be located next to the power outlets that will be used by users. Especially suitable for outdoor lighting and street lighting.

It contains effective protection for single-phase power lines. Fine protection according to the cascade protection recommended in the Low Voltage Electrotechnical Regulation (REBT ITC23).

Type 3 protector according to the UNE-EN IEC 61643-11 standard and the REBT-23 GUIDE. Suitable for equipment of categories I, II, III and IV according to itC-BT-23 of the REBT.

Coordinated with the protectors of the ATSHOCK, ATSHIELD, ATSUB and ATCOVER series.

Short response time.

They do not produce deflagration.

They do not at any time cause the interruption of the supply lines.

Thermodynamic control device and audible warning.

The protectors of the ATSOCKET series have been tested in official and independent laboratories to obtain their characteristics according to the applicable standards.

INSTRUCTIONS

>>INSTALLATION

They are installed in parallel with the low voltage line, with connections to the phase, neutral and ground.

It is recommended to use it in installations where equipment sensitive to transient surges (computers, printers, servers, etc.) can be located, always coordinated with type 1 or 2 protectors in the previous frame.

Installation must be carried out without tension on the line.

>>SAFETY and MAINTENANCE

Grounding is a must. For the protection to be correct, the grounding of the entire installation must be joined, directly or by means of sparks, and their resistance must be less than 10 Ω.

If in its use or installation the indications of this sheet are not respected, the protection ensured by this equipment may be compromised.
